Roofing in Houston

Houston roofs take gulf humidity, wind, and hail. This page lists published roofing businesses in Houston and the questions worth asking before you hire one. It is not a ranking.

Questions to ask

  • Who pulls the City of Houston permit, and will you see the permit number before work starts?
  • Is the crew an employee crew or a subcontractor, and who is on the job site?
  • What underlayment and ventilation do they specify for a humid climate, in writing?
  • If insurance is involved, will they show the scope they submitted and the scope the carrier approved?
  • What does the workmanship warranty cover, who holds it, and how do you make a claim?

A message sent from a business profile goes to that business. It is not given to a different company because that company pays. A general request for help finding a roofer is a separate form, and it says who receives it.

Sponsored

Sponsored means the business paid for promotion. It does not mean the business is the best roofer.
