Marks & Harrison was founded in 1911 by David A. Harrison, Jr. and has continued its practice uninterrupted since that time. For more than three generations our attorneys have represented the families of Virginia. One of the largest personal injury law firms in the state, Marks & Harrison employs 26 attorneys and more than 100 support personnel who focus their work on representing injured Virginians in injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability matters. Among Marks & Harrison’s support staff are a former claims adjuster and seven investigators, including a former state trooper and two police officers.
