Gabriel and Adrian DeLeon created a unique restaurant that happens to resonate with both the traditional Tex-Mex food lover and those more interested in a foodie’s interpretation of modern Mexican: hence the name La Margarita Mod-Mex Kitchen & Rita Lounge.
