Jackoboice Law Firm

Not only are divorce and other family law statutes among the most complex laws on the books, they have also undergone numerous changes in Missouri and Kansas in the past several years. Providing effective legal guidance in family law matters requires a commitment to the practice area. Attorney Jill Jackoboice has focused on family law for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in cases that include complex child custody issues, imputation of income, asset tracing, business valuations, tax issues and family law litigation. Jill has an undergraduate degree in business and brings a thorough understanding of federal and state tax codes to her work. This knowledge is invaluable to our clients with family-owned businesses or who have other complex marital assets that must be divided.
