David Creech, M.D.

Dr. Creech is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Arizona Society for Plastic Surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He graduated with a BS from the University of Missouri in 1976 after completing active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Sergeant and Hospital Administrative Specialist. He continued his studies in neurochemistry research at the University of Missouri for a year before receiving his M.D. degree. From there, he completed his internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center, followed by the University of Louisville Medical School to complete a residency in Plastic Surgery. He opened his practice in 1988 with the goal of providing patients with an excellent overall experience.
