Cincinnati Immigration Attorney Christopher M. Pogue

As a full-service immigration law firm, our immigration lawyers provide complete and effective support for employment, family, marriage (including same-sex / gay marriage cases), family legalization, citizenship, DACA, and analyzing the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Our goal is to provide confidential, experienced, and expert immigration advice at an affordable price. For this reason most of our cases are handled on a “”flat fee”” basis, instead of hourly. This means that our clients know upfront exactly what the cost of their case will be so there are no surprises. Having an experienced immigration lawyer on your side means that your situation will be professionally analyzed and that your options will be clearly explained to you. Furthermore, your immigration attorney will recommend the best way for you to obtain a particular immigration status, complete and submit your forms, avoid delays, speak on your behalf to US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), US Department of State (USDOS), National Visa Center (NVC), or US Department of Labor (USDOL), and file necessary appeals and waivers with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), or US federal court.
