All our meats (Brisket, Pork, Ribs, Sausage, Turkey, Chicken & Ham) are hickory smoked for hours like our Brisket 14 to 18 hours making them so tender you don’t need a knife. Serving BBQ the old fashion way, the meat is hand-trimmed right before your eyes. Thick, thin, sliced or chopped, it’s your call! The vegetables are freshly prepared home-style each day. A real taste treat passed down through generations.
