At Catrina’s Mexican Restaurant, we pride ourselves on bringing authentic Mexican flavors and dishes from Mexico to Minnesota. Catrinas opened our first restaurant in Oakdale, MN in late 2014, our second in St. Anthony in 2016 and our third location in St. Paul in July 2018. Founders Lorenzo Tejeda and Paul Marshall focus on bringing you everything fresh, authentic, and locally sourced. All food is made in house by the owners and chefs on a daily basis and served in a fast-casual taqueria setting.
