Ralph began writing business for Germania in 1975 after a friend told him that the company needed an agent in the Lubbock area. He could not ignore the opportunity that presented itself.Ralph says he owes a lot of his success to his staff. “Without my team there is no way I would have made it this far.” The hard work he and his staff exhibit has paid off. Through the years Ralph’s agency has received the Germania Gold Star Award, the Property/Casualty Texas Star Award and several other recognitions.
