At Quality Residential Inspections, we implement a “systems” approach into our home inspection process. In doing so, we try not to “miss seeing the forest for the trees”. We are thorough and systematic; our only allegiance is to our clients and to their best interests. We strive to be fair to the real estate transaction process. While we must report on adverse conditions that might be present, or on things that are not functioning as intended, we do not attempt to “nit-pick” or to report in an alarmist manner. Many of the smaller items we routinely discover are found while searching for the bigger, more important issues. Our comments are direct and, in most cases, are able to be visually substantiated without conjecture or speculation.
