There are many strict requirements to become Board certified in immigration: many years of experience, many successful cases in all areas of immigration, passing a notoriously difficult exam, and positive recommendations from an immigration judge, government (ICE) attorneys, and other Board certified attorneys. Therefore, there are only a few Board certified immigration attorneys in the area.
