Mr. Pete Powdrell and his partner Catherine brought a tradition of greatness from Louisiana when they decided to settle down in Albuquerque and share the art of smoking meats and great BBQ sauce. They Brought with them time tried techniques and recipes that were passed on from one generation to the next. They shared their love for food with their 11 children and from there we have Mr. Powdrells BBQ House. A wonderful BBQ restaurant in Albuquerque.
