Smokin’ Warehouse Barbecue first opened their window on October 1st, 2010. Owner Bill Lee had already started running his catering company, BL Catering for a couple years in the kitchen of his electrical warehouse (the warehouse that we’re still running out of). He created the kitchen with the purpose of feeding his family, friends and employees. He then started catering for non-profit organizations as fundraisers and holiday parties. Wanting more people to try his food, he was inspired to open Smokin’ Warehouse Barbecue. He hired more chefs and staff to work on the menus, food and run the kitchen.
