There is nothing more special to our society than the heroes that protect us. We admire those people that are willing to sacrifice everything so that we may enjoy our freedom & safety. Whether they run into burning buildings, arrive first at a crash scene, or help with community projects, we owe much to our Firefighters. FDKY’s mission is to honor these people by creating excellent food to feed both our heroes, & our community.   Our passion for barbecue is backed over 30 years of experience. We are proud of our Heroes, our Barbecue, & our State. As such, we try to incorporate all 3 into our business. We make all the staples of barbecue, Pork, Brisket, Chicken, Turkey, & Ribs. We incorporate our state of Kentucky within our company name & our Bourbon Barbecue Sauce, ‘Distillers Blend’. Finally, we pay homage to our heroes in the name of our company, & the décor of the restaurant. Our walls are covered with pictures of our local Fire Departments. Our name is a testament to them. We want to honor & welcome them in. Just as a firefighter arriving to a scene is a welcome sight, we too want YOU to feel welcomed in our restaurant.
