Ziffle’s Rib Bar was established as a carry out only in Fort Wayne, IN., on November 13, 1987. In 1994, Ziffle’s expanded to keep up with public demand of Fort Wayne’s favorite BBQ. Todd and Marcia have been the proud owners since day one. All 5 of their children and now grandchildren have been involved and put to work, making it a family owned and operated business for over 33 years.
