We skimp on no part of that age old tradition, we replicate the BBQ masters every step of the way. We honor the ‘Q’ and all that it stands for. We don’t follow trends and we don’t sway from classic BBQ – well sometimes, but only rarely and then not very far. If they don’t do it down south, you likely won’t see it at our PiT.
