The Concrete Company has been a family owned and run business since my dad Jim founded it in 1992. My Grandfather, George Wallace, also had his own concrete business in Milwaukee (Pic to the left) so I guess you could say that it runs in the family. When I first started working for my dad it became obvious to me what was important when it came to owning a concrete business. Complete honesty, being courteous, complete customer satisfaction and attention to detail are all vital for being successful in this industry. I believe the first two, honesty and being courteous, are a necessity in life.
