I am Not A Contractor, I do have a business license and insurance I do basic handyman work. Light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, some flooring, tile work and hardware installation. Install TV wall mounts, Kitchen Cabinet Slide-outs, replace electrical outlets/switch plates, install ceiling fans/light fixtures, unstop sinks/drains(snake), repair faucets(washer/seat/valve), install toilets/sinks/faucets, replace garbage disposal, patch drywall, paint. Install baseboard and other trim and hang pictures/shelves, adjust doors, install locksets/doorknobs, etc. Now offering Pressure Washing! Lockout service available. Must have Valid picture ID matching address to be preformed.
