My mission is to assist clients through the confusing process of purchasing or selling a home. The simplest real estate transaction involves a body of laws. These laws include the law of contracts, general property law, landlord-tenant law, the law of agency, real estate law, and consumer protection laws. Although a real estate agent does not provide legal advice, it is obvious that you need a real estate agent that is competent to protect your interest. I am a member (Realtor®) of the National Association of Realtors®, the largest real estate trade organization. I am also a member of the Texas Association of Realtors® and the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors®. As our Standard of Conduct states “Realtors® pledge to protect and promote the interests of their client”. That is my mission and I accept it with honor.
