We love to smoke and we love to do it the old-fashioned way. No pellet stoves here. We fire up the smokers without any chemicals and get the oak, hickory, and pecan woods smoking early each morning through patience and dedication.

We don’t really believe in shortcuts – just about everything is made in-house, from the award-winning rub to our sauces, our famous Potato Salad (we have a family who drives in to get it from Pratt!), and even our homemade Ranch salad dressing.
