Tom Dieleman started in the septic industry in 1995, subcontracting for two different septic companies. In 1997, Tom and Linda started T&L Septic Services doing inspections, repairs, and installations. Within a year, they purchased their first pump truck, adding pump outs to their services, making this company a full-service septic business. In 2001, they began adding employees to their company, and together they have built the honest and reliable company that it is today.
