Sebastiano Caniglia and his wife Helane operated Pal’s Ice Cream for several years at Byrne Road and Airport Highway before relocating it to this location in 2001. After a short time, they turned their ice cream shop into an Italian restaurant and named it Sebastiano’s Italiano.
