Mele Bistro was born in 2011 reflecting  change  the name from “Village Bistro” to “Mele Bistro” in 2014 . The name change reflects our committment to fine Mediterranean  ingredients that we use in our Italian cuisine since we took over.  The spirit of ‘simple, creativity and quality’ that we share is expressed in every detail of the cuisine and the decor.  We offer the finest possible  ingredients.

We carefully select ingredients form all over the world – a wealth of seafood from Hawaii (over night shipping), Europe, and North America – natural beef, veal, and farm-to-table chicken and eggs – home made natural pasta with natural eggs (both Non – GMO), and in-house smoke are used to produce this unique cuisine that is at the same time both traditional and modern while endeavoring to leave a deep and lasting impression on our guests.
