McCormick & Murphy, P.C., was formed by Kirk R. McCormick and James “Jay” Murphy in 1995. Since 1990, Mr. McCormick and Mr. Murphy have practiced in the areas of personal injury and insurance bad faith.

They have more than 50 years combined legal practice experience, specialized knowledge, and a wealth of accomplishments. They have been admitted to practice in the Colorado state and federal courts, as well as other courts in the United States at various times.
