​Established in 2001, Technology Learning Center (TLC Trade School) provides continuing education to individuals that wish to develop a new skill set or enhance an existing one. Located just outside of Worcester in Oxford, MA, TLC offers flexible day and evening classes that are designed to work around our student’s with unique or busy schedules.

Over the past decade we have continued to grow, due to the success of our highly motivated students and due to the unique teaching styles and valuable expertise our instructors bring to the classroom.
