As an Albuquerque native who has dedicated his legal career to helping residents of his hometown, Bert Parnall is an active member of the Albuquerque community. One organization close to Bert’s heart is MADD — Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Bert, who has litigated many cases on behalf of New Mexico residents injured by drunk drivers, is a local board member and a media spokesman for MADD in Albuquerque.
