Mr mack of Mr Mack island Grill was born and raised in Jamaica and is now a West palm beach local.  Mr Mack has been in the food industry for over 20 years.  He has worked at the Four Seasons, the Breakers, Palm Beach Convention Center, Mar-A-lago, and many more iconic food establishments.  Mr Mack decided to branch off on his own and started Mr Mack Food Truck.
