A typical home inspection in Minneapolis will take 2-5 hours to conduct, depending on the size and condition of the home. Our home inspections provide education on the home and it’s current condition. We will also help you with knowing how to perform maintenance and how to get the most out of your home. We take digital photos and videos throughout the inspection and include them in our inspection report. After the inspection, our reports are emailed to you with a login and password. Agreeing to our terms of service, acts as a receipt for your inspection and allows permission to release the report to your agent, if you are using one.
