Our firm has represented a number of companies, hospitals, churches, and numerious individuals and families across the U.S. and around the world with regard to immigration matters. We have three attorneys—Kichul Jack Kim and Youn Shin Hong—who practice exclusively in U.S. immigration, and we also have staff members who speak Spanish fluently. Kichul Jack Kim is the founding attorney of our firm. He is a Board certified immigration attorney, certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. There are many strict requirements to become Board certified in immigration: many years of experience, many successful cases in all areas of immigration, passing a notoriously difficult exam, and positive recommendations from an immigration judge, government (ICE) attorneys, and other Board certified attorneys.  Therefore, there are only a few Board certified immigration attorneys in the area.
