Good Friend Mortgage was founded in 2004 by Deborah Switts in Roswell, GA. In 2007, we moved the real estate financing company to Alpharetta.
She and her husband (Randall) were real estate finance investors, and it seemed they couldn’t find a lender that delivered what they promised. They felt they could build a better business model for mortgage lending by focusing on three core concepts; Knowledge, Honestly and Integrity.
